Both parcels are owned by the applicant and conform with the requirements of the Industrial Park zone. Each building meets the 0 00 10 Lot Line Adjustment 98 -3 November 18, 1998 Page 2 requirements of the Municipal Code, either separated as originally approved, or combined into on single building. A merger of the buildings will not affect the conditions of approval contained in Resolution No. 98 -1489. The Community Development Department has reviewed the request and determined that it meets all applicable codes and resolutions and is consistent with the General Plan.
