This proposed Lot Line Adjustment is to merge Lots 2 and 3 of Tract
3492 in conjunction with the construction of Industrial Planned
Development Permit No's 98 -1 and 98 -2 (placing both buildings on
the same lot, which would allow both buildings to be combined into
one single building) affecting Assessors Parcels No's 513- 0 -060-
03/28. Both parcels are owned by the applicant and conform with the
requirements of the Industrial Park zone. Each building meets the

requirements of the Municipal Code, either separated as originally
approved, or combined into on single building. A merger of the
buildings will not affect the conditions of approval contained in
Resolution No. 98 -1489. The chart below illustrates the current and
proposed lot sizes:

All required legal documents have been reviewed and approved by the
City Engineer. The Community Development Department has reviewed
the request and determined that it meets all applicable codes and
resolutions and is consistent with the General Plan.
