Site RE -lac (Rural RH (Rural High) Exclusive, one acre minimum lot size) South RE -lac RH East RE -lac RH West RE -lac RH Undeveloped residential Single family residential Single family residential Single family residential This proposed Lot Line Adjustment involves movement of the property line between parcels 1 and 2 of Parcel Map 3593 affecting Assessors Parcel 511 -0- 010 -505. Both parcels are owned by the applicant. The purpose of this Lot Line Adjustment is to adjust the property line between the two parcels to increase the size of Parcel 2 for the future construction of a single family home. Both lots conform with the requirements of the Rural Exclusive zone which requires a )OG�:LJ Lot Line Adjustment 98 -1 November 18,• 1998 Page 2 minimum lot size of one acre. Lot No. 2 of Parcel Map 3593 (one of the lots in this application) was previously involved in a prior Lot Line Adjustment. Lot Line Adjustment No. 90 -4 modified the lot line between Parcel 2 and the adjacent Parcel B to accommodate an expansion of the home on Parcel B. Lot Line Adjustment 90 -4 did not affect Parcel 1 of this application. Lot 2 still significantly exceeds the minimum lot size requirements. The chart below illustrates the current and proposed lot sizes in this application: Parcel 1 1.375 acres 2.106 acres Parcel 2 10.240 acres 9.509 acres All required legal documents have been reviewed and approved by the City Engineer. The Community Development Department has reviewed the request and determined that it meets all applicable codes and resolutions and is consistent with the General Plan. This project is Categorically Class 5 exemption, for minor lot line adjustments.
