The proposed resolution requests that the California Transportation Commission direct Caltrans to undertake the efforts necessary to establish a prohibition of truck traffic on State Route 118 from the Los Angeles Avenue and Moorpark Avenue (State Route 23) interchange westerly to the intersection of State Route 118 and State Route 34 or the intersection of State Route 118 and State Route 126.
