Genovese, Administrative Assistant �Q DAT E : August 29, 1986 S U$J E C T : Pedistrian/Bicycle Trails for open space Tract 3963 Pursuant to condition 27 of Community Development Department Conditions, Griffin Development Company shall, prior to issuance of the first zone clearance for each phase, submit a landscaping plan showing the location of the trails within the phase for approval by the Parks and Recreation Commission. The attached plans will also be reviewed by the Director of Community Development and Sheriff's Department.
