SUBJECT: Re- appointment of Vina June Milburn as Resident Commissioner
On the AHA Board
Dear Ms. Traffenstedt:
Thank you for your attention to this request concerning the reappointment of Vina June Milburn
as Resident Commissioner for the Area Housing Authority of the County of Ventura's Board of
Commissioners.
Ms. Milburn's two -year term expires April 24, 2000. If it is the Council's pleasure to reappoint
her, her new term will expire March 31, 2002.
Ms. Milburn is currently serving on both the AHA Finance Committee and Personnel
Committee, and in the past has served as Vice -Chair of the Personnel Committee and has been a
member of the Building Committee.
Ms. Milburn's care and concern for tenants is evident by her involvement in Board activities. In
our last Board meeting, held 1/26/00, her fellow Commissioners recommended she continue to
serve as Resident Commissioner. I look forward to your letter confirming her reappointment,
and appreciate your assistance in this matter.
Sincerely,
