No project had been identified for Economic Development funds, so no account number was established for this category. STAFF RECOMENDATION (ROLL CALL VOTE) Approve Resolution No. 2000- to authorize the reallocation of FY 1998/99 Economic Development funds as follows: A. $5,000 to Code Enforcement, and B. $5,000 to Affordable Housing. Attachment: Resolution No. 2000- Honorable City Council Date 04/13/00 Page 3 RESOLUTION NO. 2000- A RESOLUTION, OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 1999/2000 BUDGET BY REALLOCATING $5fOOO FROM ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TO AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND $5,000 FROM ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TO CODE ENFORCEMENT WHEREAS, on June 23, 1999, the City Council adopted the budget for Fiscal Year 1999/2000; and WHEREAS, at a duly noticed City Council public hearing on April 19, 2000, a staff report was presented to said Council, requesting a budget amendment transferring $5,000 in CDBG Funds from Economic Development to Code Enforcement and $5,000 in CDBG Funds from Economic Development to Affordable Housing; and WHEREAS, Exhibit "A" hereof describes said budget amendment and its resultant impacts to the budget line item(s). NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. A budget amendment transferring $5,000 in CDBG Funds from Economic Development to Code Enforcement and $5,000 in CDBG Funds from Economic Development to Affordable Housing as more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto is hereby approved. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall cause a certified resolution to be filed in the book of original Resolutions.
