Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of considering the following: 1. CALL TO ORDER: 2 . ROLL CALL: 3. PUBLIC COMMENT: 4 . PRESENTATION/ACTION/DISCUSSION: A. Consider Approval of Third Amendment to Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release with Conejo Freeway Properties and Simi-Moorpark Freeway Properties.
