ED NOTICE AND CALL OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Moorpark is hereby called to be held Wednesday, July 10, 2002, commencing at 6: 30 p.m. Said meeting will convene in the Community Center located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California. Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of considering the following: 1. CALL TO ORDER: 2. ROLL CALL: 3. PUBLIC COMMENT: 4 . PUBLIC HEARING: A. Consider General Plan Amendment No. 2002-01 for a Change in General Plan Designation from General Commercial (C-2) to Very High Density (VH) , Zone Change No. 2002-01; a Change of Zone Designation from Commercial Planned Development (CPD) to Residential Planned Development 20 du/acre (RPD 20 DU/AC) ; and a Request for a Residential Planned Development (RPD) Permit to Allow the Construction of 190 Senior Citizen Apartment Units on the Application of USA Properties Fund, (Assessor' s Parcel No. 512-0-050-185 and a Portion of 506-0-050-475) . Staff Recommendation: 1) Open the public hearing, accept public testimony, and close the public hearing; 2) Adopt the proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration; 3) Adopt Resolution No. 2002- , approving General Plan Amendment No. 2002-01; 4) Introduce Ordinance No. , for first reading approving Zone Change No. 2002-01 . Schedule second reading and adoption for September 4, 2002; and 5) Adopt Resolution No. 2002- , approving Residential Planned Development No. 2002-02, subject to conditions of approval .
