SUBJECT: Consider Planning and Sponsoring a Community Event to

DISCUSSION
At the regular meeting of the City Council on August 21, 2002
Councilman Harper requested Council's consideration for planning
and sponsoring a community event or ceremony to honor and
commemorate the victims and heroes of the September 11 terrorist
attacks on the United States.
