SUBJECT: Tentative Parcel Map No. 2019-01; a Request to Subdivide a 6.96 Acre
Developed Parcel at 140-146 Los Angeles Avenue (Tuscany Square
Shopping Center) Into Five Parcels – Updated Tentative Parcel Map
Updated Tentative Parcel Map:
The applicant has submitted a revised parcel map based on the Planning Commission and
Building and Safety comments. The map is substantially similar to the map the Planning
Commission reviewed at their April 23, 2019 meeting, with minor changes to ensure a
minimum 5’ clearance between existing buildings and proposed property lines.
In addition, the Tentative Parcel Map Summary has been revised:
