SUBJECT: Consider Waiver of Fees for Temporary Structures to
Assist Those People Whose Housing was Destroyed By the
Recent Fire
BACKGROUND /DISCUSSION
At the last City Council meeting, staff was directed to prepare
a report on the waiver of fees for temporary structures to
assist those people whose housing was destroyed by the recent
fire. At that meeting the Council noted that Charles Abbott
Associates, Inc., the City's contractor for Building and
Engineering services, had donated funds to the City to be used
to assist the fire victims.
The Community Development Director has the authorit y

STAFF RECOI- MNDATION
Direct staff to waive the cost of Temporary Use Permits and
