HomeMy WebLinkAboutAGENDA 2004 0721 CC SPCNOTICE AND CALL OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE MOORPARK CITY COUNCIL TO THE MEMBERS OF THE MOORPARK CITY COUNCIL: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Moorpark is hereby called to be held on Wednesday, July 21, 2004, commencing at 5:45 p.m. Said meeting will convene in the Moorpark Community Center located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California. Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of considering the following: 1. CALL TO ORDER: 2. ROLL CALL: 3. PUBLIC COMMENT: 4. PRESENTATION /ACTION /DISCUSSION: A. Consider Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Service Employees International Union AFL -CIO, CLC Local 998. Staff Recommendation: Authorize approval of a new one -year MOA for the time period from July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2005, and authorize the City Manager to sign the new MOA following final language approval by the City Manager and City Attorney.
