DISCUSSIONS The Applicant has requested to continue the public hearing to the Special Meeting on December 17, 2019, in order to provide additional time to address the Commission’s comments. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Continue the agenda item with the public hearing open to the Special Planning Commission meeting of December 17, 2019. 1
