Carrillo, Associate Planner Il D ATE: Special Meeting - December 17, 2019 SUBJECT: Green Island Villas – Continuance of Staff Report SUMMARY This item was originally considered by Planning Commission on October 22, 2019, at which time it was continued to November 26, 2019, to address design concerns raised by the Commission. On November 26, 2019, the Applicant requested to continue this item to a Special Meeting on December 17, 2019, in order to provide additional time to address the Commissioner’s comments. The Applicant has indicated that they are considering substantial design changes and continue to work on revised plans. At this time, Staff is requesting this item to be continued off-calendar. The item will be re- noticed once the revised project is ready to move forward. Item: 8.A. 1
