The additional right of way for Park Properties. DISCUSSION Park Lane as a condition improvements require that Lane be acquired by USA In order to fulfill the Park Lane widening requirement, USA Properties acquired a deed for the additional right of way from Faith Lutheran Church of Moorpark. The deed provides an easement to the City for the purpose of right of way, including construction, maintenance, inspection, removal and replacement of any and all street and public utility facilities. The easement is located on the west side of Park Lane. A Grant Easement Deed is the appropriate means to dedicate an easement upon this property to the City. Shown as Exhibit `A' is the Legal Description accompanied by the easement plat which is shown as Exhibit `B'. (A vicinity map has been attached for reference.) 000428 Honorable City Council September 15, 2004 Page 2 STAFF RECOMMENDATION Approve the acceptance of the easement and authorize the City Clerk to prepare, sign and record an acceptance certificate for the Grant Deed of Easement and to record the Grant Deed of Easement and the attachments thereto in the office of the Ventura County Recorder.
