AGENDA REPORT
BY:
TO: The Honorable City Council %
FROM: Kenneth C. Gilbert, Director of Public Works t
DATE: November 8, 2004 (Council Meeting 11- 17 -04)
SUBJECT: Consider Resolution No. 2004- Establishing
a "No Stopping Anytime" Zones on Park Lane South
of Los Angeles Avenue
nTgf fTSgTnNT
In the past Park Lane south of Los Angeles Avenue was a "dead -end"
street. With the construction of Park Crest Lane and the Senior
Housing Complex at the south end of Park Lane, there has been an
increase in traffic in this area. It is the view of staff that a
NO STOPPING parking restriction be established on these streets,
similar to like parking restrictions previously established or.
other collector streets throughout the City.
Note: No Stopping Anytime parking restrictions have already been
established on both sides of Park Crest Lane and on both
sides of Moorpark Avenue south of Los Angeles Avenue.
