SUBJECT: Final Map Approval for Tract Map No. 5394
BACKGROUND /DISCUSSION
The affected property is located on Darlene Lane northeast of
Gabbert Road. Tentative Parcel Map No. 5394 was approved by
Resolution No. PC- 2003 -446 on June 17, 2003. It consists of 2.03
acres and created two parcels.
City staff has reviewed the conditions of approval for the
Tentative Parcel Map to make sure compliance is achieved prior to
or as part of the Final Map. The City Engineer has caused the
Final Map to be reviewed and is satisfied that it is technically
correct and that it is substantially in conformance with the
approved tentative map.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign and the City Clerk to
cause Parcel Map 5394 to be recorded in the office of the Ventura
County Recorder.
