(Tract 4977). BACKGROUND This project is a housing development located on the west side of Miller Parkway in between Peach Hill Road and Tierra Rejada Road. A vicinity map has been attached for reference. DISCUSSION The developer requests the reduction of the subdivision bond on file with the City of Moorpark, associated with the afore- mentioned development (see attached chart). This surety guarantees the Drainage Improvements Performance on the premises known as Richmond American Homes of California, Inc. (Tract 4977). All portions covered under this surety are complete. Staff recommends that 900 of the face value of the grading bond be released. 000379 Honorable City Council March 03, 2005 Page 2 Provided below is a chart describing recommended actions: STAFF RECOMMENDATION 1. Authorize the City Clerk to reduce Subdivision Bond - Drainage Improvements (Performance /Labor & Materials) to loo for Richmond American Homes of California, Inc. (Tract 4977). 2. Authorize the City Clerk to fully exonerate the afore- mentioned sureties for Tract 4977 one year after this approval of the reduction of surety bond and upon written confirmation from the City Engineer that no warranty work is required.
