Consider Amendment to Agreement for Professional Services with Rollins Consulting, Inc. for Construction Management Services Relating to the Correction of Deficiencies in the Window Installations at Police Services Center. Staff Amendment to Professional Rollins Consulting Inc., approval by the City Manager Hugh Riley) Recommendation: Approve Services Agreement with subject to final language and City Attorney. (Staff: B. Consider Construction Contracts to Correct Deficient Window Installations at the Moorpark Police Services Center. Staff Recommendation: 1) Award Contract for Window Replacement to Giroux Glass for $65,000; and 2) Award Contract for Waterproofing and Repair to Bagwell Construction Services for $29,678.
