DISCUSSION
In March of 2003 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2003-
2061 establishing "Permit Only" parking on Flory Avenue adjacent
to the Moorpark Police Services Center. This action was taken to
provide additional needed parking for the Police Department,
subsequent to the construction of the new residential
neighborhood on Moonsong Court.
With the Moorpark Police Department's vacation of the facilities
on Flory Avenue, the above described parking restriction is no
longer needed. It is recommended that the parking restriction be
removed.
