Voted 3-1 to recommend approval. Initial Study – Negative Declaration •Prepared and circulated on July 2, 2019. •Three comment letters were received. •A Memorandum was provided with comments and Staff’s responses. •No significant impacts were identified and no mitigation measures were required. Recommendations •Open the public hearing, accept public testimony and close the public hearing. •Adopt the Negative Declaration and approve a resolution for General Plan Amendment No. 2014- 01; and •Adopt an Ordinance for Zone Change No. 2014-01; and •Approve a Resolution for Residential Planned Development No. 2014-02 and Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 5869; and •Adopt an Ordinance for Development Agreement No. 2014-03.
