SUBJECT: INDUSTRIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMITS NOS. IPD-88-'3
THROUGH IPD-88-6 (APPLICANTS: SIEGEL & ASSOCIATES, WEST
AMERICA CONSTRUCTION, AND S & B MORTGAGE INVESTMENT CO.)
Back round
The City Council held a public hearing for the above referenced projects on
July 19, 1989, and directed staff to prepare resolutions of approval for
adoption at the Council's next regularly scheduled meeting on August 2,
1989. The Council did not direct staff to make any revisions to the
Planning Commission's recommended conditions of approval. Attached are
copies of draft resolutions of approval certifying the Negative
Declarations and Mitigation Reporting arid Monitoring Programs and approving
IPD's 88-3 through 88-6.
Recommendation
Approve the following resolutions:
Resolution 89-5W Certifying the fi.iial. Negative Declaration and
Mitigation Reporting and Monitoring Program as adequate for IPD-88-3
through IPD-88-5.
Resolution 89-576: Approving IPD-88-3 on the application of Siegel &
Associates, Inc./West America Construction.
Resolution 89-597 Approving IPD-88-4 on the application of Siegel. &
Associates, Inc./West America Construction.
Resolution 89-5-98': Approving IPD-88-5 on the application of Siegel &
Associates, Inc. /West America Construction.
