All writings and documents provided to the Teen Council regarding the agenda items are available for public
inspection at the Arroyo Vista Recreation Center public counter located at 4550 Tierra Rejada Road during regular
business hours. The agenda for all regular Teen Council meetings is also available on the City's website at
www.MoorparkCa.gov

1. CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 5:06 p.m. by Chair Sichmeller.
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Teen Councilmember Seaborn.
3. ROLL CALL:
Present: Ella Chapman, Justin Cooper, Raquel Frank, Jesse Gallego, Ethan
Grossman, Brandon Jimenez, Ava Seaborn, Nicolette Sichmeller,
Alana Sogah, Laura Zwirn.
Absent: Lois Halvorson, Olivia Hernandez, Rachel Lamb, Raelene Sichmeller,
Nicole Vinolus.
Staff Present: Recreation Supervisor, Michael Ramirez
4. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
5. DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS:
A. Breakfast with Santa Debrief
Councilmembers discussed positives, negatives, and potential ideas for
improvement of next year's event.
B. Upcoming Events
Recreation Supervisor, Michael Ramirez, gave an overview of upcoming events
and answered councilmember's questions. Councilmembers provided tentative
availability for volunteering at each event.
C. Discuss Possible Future Events
Due to time constraints, discussion of future events was tabled for a future
meeting.

Challenge in detail, reconfirmed the councilmembers who would be volunteering
at the event, and answered questions about other upcoming events.
C. Discuss Possible Future Events
Councilmembers proposed having an indoor teen movie night in April.
