Therefore, the updated City Council Action Deadline is September 9, 2020. Planning Commission Recommendation On June 2, 2020 the Planning Commission voted 4 -0 to adopt Resolution No. 2020-650 and recommend approval of the IPD and CUP to the City Council. Recommendation Open the public hearing, accept public testimony and close the public hearing and adopt a resolution: •Approving the IPD and CUP; and •Denying the Applicant's funding request of $469,398 for costs associated with undergrounding of utilities pursuant to the Southern California Edison Rule 20b scenario.
