•City / Successor Agency must negotiate in good faith with interested parties for 90-days
•If no deal is made, City / Successor Agency free to place property on the open market
•Restriction/Covenant required that any surplus property developed with 10 or more units must
provide 15% affordable units (covenant applies in perpetuity)
