Planning Commission Recommendation On June 22,2021 the Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend that the City Council adopt a resolution approving the Project. 17 City Council Recommendation Staff recommends that the City Council: Open the public hearing,accept public testimony and close the public hearing;and Adopt a resolution approving CPD No.2020-01 and CUP No. 2020-04,subject to certain findings and conditions. 18
