Staff Recommendation: 1) Open and continue the public hearing to the next Regular Planning Commission Meeting of July 27,Z 021. (Staff: Freddy A. Consider a Resolution Recommending Approval of Commercial Planned Development No. 2020-01 and Conditional Use Permit No. 2020-04, to Allow the Demolition of an Existing 2,300 Square -foot Building and Develop g6,186 Square -Foot, Single -Story Auto Repair Shop and Associated Site Improvements Located at 13816 Princeton Avenue, and Making a Determination of Exemption Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality_ Act (CE A) in Connection Therewith, On the Application of Abdul Salehi. Staff Recommendation: 1) Open the public hearing, accept public testimony,, and close the public hearing; and 2) Adopt Resolution No. 2021-657 recommending approval to the City Council of Commercial Planned Development No. 2020-01 and Conditional Use Permit No. 2020-04.
