Carrillo, Associate Planner II DATE: 06/22/2020 Regular Meeting SUBJECT: Consider a Resolution Recommending to the City Council Approval to Amend the Terms of a Development Agreement Related to a Previously- Approved Residential Project Consisting of a 200 -Unit Apartment Complex and Associated Site Improvements on Approximately 11.66 Acres Located at 150 Casey Road, on the Application of Chris Dart, for Danco Communities (on Behalf of Essex Moorpark Owner L.P.) DISCUSSIONS After the agenda was published last week, it was determined that additional time would be required to negotiate the amendment to the Development Agreement by and between the City of Moorpark and Essex Moorpark Owner L.P. STAFF RECOMMENDATION Open and continue the public hearing to the next regular Planning Commission meeting on July 27, 2021.
