•Introduce Ordinance approving First Amendment to
Development Agreement.
•Upon Adopting Ordinance:
–Authorize Mayor to sign Development Agreement and
Resolution on A) a Conditional Loan Commitment
Letter and B) A Right of Entry Agreement.
–Authorize the City Manager to sign Promissory Note
(City Loan) and Conditional Loan Commitment Letter.
