•A Negative Declaration was adopted for
the original permit.
•First Amendment to the DA and
Modification No. to the Residential
Planned Development Permit No. 2014-
02 and determined this action to be
consisted with the previously-approved
project.

Recommendation
Planning Commission voted unanimously
to recommend that the City Council
approve the requested modification and
proposed first amendment to the
development agreement.

•Open the public hearing, accept public testimony
and close the public hearing; and
•Introduce Ordinance approving First Amendment
to Development Agreement between the City of
Moorpark and Sky Line 66, LLC.
•Adopt a Resolution, approving Modification No. 1
to Residential Planned Development Permit No.
2014-02, subject to conditions of approval.
