Consider Resolution No. PC -2021-663, Approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2021-07, to Allow the Operation of a 1,045 Square -Foot Retail Tobacco and Products Store, Located at 888 Los Angeles Avenue, Suite H (within the Moorpark Marketplace Shopping Center), and Making a Determination of Exemption Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CE A) in Connection Therewith, on the Application of John Carpentieri for Wild Side Smoke Shop.
