A. Consider Resolution No. PC -2021-663, Approving Conditional Use Permit No.
2021-07, to Allow the Operation of a 1,045 Square -Foot Retail Tobacco and
Products Store, Located at 888 Los Angeles Avenue, Suite H (within the
Moorpark Marketplace Shopping Center), and Making a Determination of
Exemption Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CE A) in
Connection Therewith, on the Application of John Carpentieri for Wild Side
Smoke Shop. Staff Recommendation: 1) Open the public hearing, accept public
testimony, and close the public hearing; and 2) Adopt Resolution No. PC -2021-
663 approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2021-007 and finding the project
Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)_(Staff: Philip

Consider Finding of General Plan Consistency for the Acquisition of Property at
323 Science Drive by the City of Moorpark for Public Purposes. Staff
Recommendation: Find the acquisition of the property at 323 Science Drive in
conformity with the General Plan and direct staff to report this finding to the City_
