THE PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF MOORPARK
TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF MOORPARK:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City
Council of the City of Moorpark is hereby called to be held on
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 1993 , commencing at 7 : 00 p.m. Said meeting
will be held in the Council Chambers of the City of Moorpark,
located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California.
Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of discussing the
Hidden Creek Ranch Land Use Plan - Specific Plan No. 8 (Messenger
Investment Corporation) .

That I am the Deputy City Clerk of the City of Moorpark;
that a SPECIAL MEETING of the City Council and the Planning
Commission of the City of Moorpark was held at 7: 00 p.m. on
November 15, 1993 in the Council Chambers of the Community
Center and that a copy of said Special Meeting Notice was
posted on November 12, 1993 at a conspicuous place at the
Moorpark Community Center, 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark,
CA.
