SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF MOORPARK
TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the
City of Moorpark is hereby called to be held on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 21, 1993,
commencing at 6:15 p.m. Said meeting will be held in the Council Chambers of the
City of Moorpark, located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California.
Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of discussing the following Closed
Session items listed:
A. Personnel.
B. Potential litigation pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9(b) (1) .
C. Potential litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c) .
D. Negotiations for Real Property on the South Side of High Street
(Southern Pacific/VCTC) pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8.
E. Negotiations for Real Property at 280 Casey Road (Moorpark Unified
School District) pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8.
F. Litigation concerning Conejo Freeway Properties, LTD. vs. City of
Moorpark.
G. Litigation concerning City of Moorpark vs. Foster Enterprises.
H. Litigation concerning Moorpark vs. CalTrans (Case No. 123655)

that a SPECIAL MEETING of the City Council of the City of
Moorpark was held at 6: 15 p.m. on April 21, 1993 in the
Council Chambers of the Community Center and that a copy of
said Special Meeting Notice was posted on April 19, 1993 at
a conspicuous place at the Moorpark Community Center, 799
Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, CA.
