SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK
TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Moorpark is hereby called to be held on WEDNESDAY,
JUNE 21, 1995, commencing at 6: 30 P.M. Said meeting will be held
in the Council Chambers located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark,
California.
Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of the following:

A. Consider Authorizing Mayor to Sign Settlement Agreement
with Crispo et al (Fern Valley Court Subsidence Claims) .
Staff Recommendation: Authorize the Mayor to sign the
Settlement Agreement.

that a SPECIAL MEETING of the City Council of the City of
Moorpark was held at 6: 30 p.m. on June 21, 1995 in the
Council Chambers of City Hall located at 799 Moorpark
Avenue, Moorpark, CA and that a copy of said Special Meeting
Notice was posted on June 20, 1995 at a conspicuous place at
the Moorpark Community Center, 799 Moorpark Avenue,
Moorpark, CA.
