Public Comment 1 public comment received in writing (see supplemental report) Mitchell M Tsai Attorneys for Southwest Regional Council of Carpenters Notice of Public Hearing Staff has provided the required notice of public hearing and conducted additional noticing, including: •A legal notice in the Ventura County Star •Mailed notice to all property owners and residents within 1,000 feet of the Project Site •The posting of a sign advertising the hearing on the Project Site •Posting of notice and all project documents online at moorparkca.gov/Beltramo-Ranch Recommendation Staff recommends that the Planning Commission: 1.Open the public hearing, receive public testimony, and close the public hearing; and 2.Adopt a resolution recommending that the City Council approve Commercial Planned Development (CPD)No.2021-01 and Vesting Tentative Tract Map No.2021-02 (VTTM 6068).
