BACKGROUND : The subdivision is located between Los Angeles Ave. and Poindexter Ave. in the City of Moorpark. A location map is attached for your reference. Installation of street and grading improvements within the project have been completed and all conditions relating to release of the securities have been met. It is therefore appropriate to accept the improvements and exonerate the improvement bonds listed below. Bonds: Tvoe: Amount Surety Co. Bond No. Street & $173 , 000 Surety Co. of 010434 Storm Drain the Pacific Monument $ 15, 000 Surety Co. of 010435 the Pacific Grading $ 34 , 000 Surety Co. of 010436 the Pacific Hertz St . $ 40, 000 Surety Co. of 010438 Construction the Pacific It should be noted that these bonds typically remain in full force and effect for one year from the date of acceptance.
