Consider a $35,000 Agreement with Gunnerson Consulting & Communication Site Services (GCCSS) for Wireless Telecommunications Facility Consulting Services; Consider Resolution No. 2022- Amending Fees for Small Wireless Facilities within the City's Right-of-Way; and Consider Resolution No. 2022- to Amend the City's Fiscal Year 2022/23 Annual Budget. Staff Recommendation: 1) Approve an agreement with Gunnerson Consulting & Communication Site Services for wireless telecommunications facility consulting services, and authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement, subject to final language approval by the City Manager, and authorize the City Manager to execute up to two one-year extensions of the agreement with a not-to-exceed value of$35,000 annually; 2)Adopt Resolution No. 2022- to amend fees for small wireless facility permits within the City's right-of-way and rescinding Resolution No. 2020-3977; and 3) Adopt Resolution No. 2022- to amend the FY 2022/23 Annual Budget to fund the agreement with GCCSS and corresponding offsetting revenues.
