Parks Maintenance District
Lighting Maintenance District
At the City Council meeting of March 17 , 1986, I was
requested to prepare a summary of the spread method for the
Parks Maintenance District and the Lighting Maintenance
District.
Parks Maintenance Assessment District No. AD-85-1
The method of spread for the Parks Maintenance District is
based upon the "People Use" attributed by each of the land
uses within the City. The following pages A-1 through A-3
summarize the annual assessments.
. Lighting Maintenance Assessment District No. AD-84-2
The spread method for the Lighting Maintenance District is
also based upon "People Use" . The annual assessments for
the various land uses is shown on the attached sheets A-1
through A-4.
