DISCUSSION
After the agenda was published on July 15, 2022, it was determined that the public
hearing sign was not posted at the project site, pursuant to Moorpark Municipal Code
Section 17.44.070.3. Therefore, the item should be continued and re-noticed for the next
regular Planning Commission meeting on September 27, 2022 .
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Continue the public hearing to the next regular Planning Commission meeting on
September 27, 2022. No testimony will be taken at the July 26, 2022, Planning
Commission meeting regarding this item.
