Quality Act in Connection Therewith, on the Application of Matanous
Ballat for Handiest Food Mart

Moorpark Planning Commission,
We are absolutely OPPOSED to approval of Conditional Use Permit N0. 2022-06. Sale of beer, wine
and alcoholic beverages in the middle of a residential area and next to a preschool should NOT BE
ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES !!!! What are you thinking???
