Subject: Assessment District No. 85-1
BACKGROUND:
At the City Council meeting of June 2 , 1986 , Council adopted a
revised budget for Assessment District No. 85-1 (refer to
attached page A-4) . This revised budget has since been respread
to all parcels by the City Engineer in accordance with the spread •
founula in the Engineer' s_ Report.
Also attached for Council consideration is an updated summary
table of Annual Assessments based upon the revised budget (refer
to attached pages A-i through A-3) . As noted, the Annual
Assessment for a Single Family home is now $12 .40 as compared to
$15 .00 under the previous budget.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Resolution confirming Assessments for the Parks Maintenance
Assessment District No. 85-1 for Fiscal Year 1986-87 .
