Staff Recommendation: 1) Open the public hearing, receive public testimony, and close the public hearing; and 2) Adopt Resolution No. PC-2022-680 recommending that the City Council approve Industrial Planned Development (IPD) No. 2022-01 and Conditional Use Permit (CUP) No. 2022-01.
