In the interest of maintaining appropriate social distancing, members of the public who want to participate in the meeting may do so in-person, but are encouraged to participate electronically or via email. SPONDELLO ANNOUNCED THE RESIGNATION OF COMMISSIONER DI CECCO EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 3, 2020, AND NOTED HE WILL SERVE AS CHAIR OF THE GENERAL PLAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE. 8.PUBLIC HEARINGS: (next Resolution No. 2020-653) A.Consider a Resolution Recommending to the City Council Approval of Residential Planned Development Permit No. 2018-01, Development Agreement No. 2018-01, Disposition and Development Agreement No. 2018-01, and Adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration under CEQA in Connection Therewith, for a Mixed-Use Development consisting of 79 Residential Units, 13,628 Square Feet of Commercial Floor Area, and Associated Land Improvements Located at 226 High Street in the Downtown Specific Plan Area on the Application of The Daly Group, Inc. Staff Recommendation: 1) Open the public hearing, accept public testimony and close the public hearing; and 2) Adopt Resolution No. 2020-653 recommending to the City Council adoption of the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration and associated Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP), Conditional Approval of Residential Planned Development (RPD) No. 2018-01, Development Agreement (DA) No. 2018-01, and Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) No. 2018-01.
