Attachments Item: 8.A. SUPPLEMENTAL 1 To whom it may concern, I would like to request that you approve the Rasmussen project. As a resident of Moorpark who had to rent for over 10 years, I can attest first hand to the lack of housing inventory in the city. Having looked into this project, and speaking with James, I appreciate the effort they have put in to keep the feel of the area, and the neighborhood. Date:Wednesday, January 04, 2023 12:01:55 PM Dear City Council: I am writing in favor of the North Ranch project. I am a young married man with a newborn baby. Young families, like my own, are in need of housing that is less expensive. I am happy that this development has many single story homes with low square footages. This would be something my family would be interested in. Your approval of this project will bring more families to the Moorpark community that will support the local economy, small businesses, and also attract much desired businesses to the area.
