2.Introduce Ordinances Nos.___,___,___,and ___:a)making a
determination that the Zoning Code and Zoning Map Update is within the
scope of the Program Environmental Impact Report for General Plan 2050
and no further environmental review is required pursuant to the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA)and b)approving Zoning Amendment
No.2023-01 adopting the Zoning Code Update for first reading,waive full
reading,and place these Ordinances on the agenda for July 19,2023,for
purpose of providing second reading and adoption of the Ordinances.
