Some goals require City funding while others do not or may require staff time and effort. These goals were identified by the City and community partners as the most viable but other programs and services could be developed in the future. This does not include a comprehensive list of community partners as staff was limited to reaching those most accessible or recommended to contact based on activity within the community. The goals were identified absent of a comprehensive mental and behavioral needs assessment, therefore the needs are based on survey data from the National Community Survey, community partner client information, or prior studies and research information.
