JULIEN : AS PER OUR CONVERSATION OF JULY 16 , 1984, WE ARE A FILM COMPANY WHO WOULD LIKE TO FILM IN YOUR TOWN THE DAYS OF AUGUST 6 AND AUGUST 7 OF THIS YEAR. THE SCENE INVOLVES A TOWN THAT IS SUPPOSEDLY ABANDONED. THEREFORE, WE WOULD, FOR A PORTION OF THE DAY, LIKE TO RESTRICT PARKING ON THE MAIN STREET . ALSO, FOR PERIODS OF 5-10 MINUTES WE WOULD LIKE TO HOLD TRAFFIC ON THE SAME STREET . I REALIZE IN SPEAKING TO MS. LITA YANCEY WE WOULD NEED THE COOPERATION OF MR. VERN HARMON OF CALTRANS FOR ANYTHING PERTAINING TO HIGHWAY TRAFFIC. ALSO, WE INTEND USING ACTORS FROM YOUR LOCAL THEATER GROUP TO APPEAR IN THE PICTURE . FINALLY , WE ARE A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION FULLY INSURED AND FOR ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE I CAN BE REACHED AT 818- 7638704 .
