PM 3836-3 was approved by the Planning Commission on September 16, 1985. All of the relating to improvement to deferral conditions of approval for DP-315/PM 3836-3 site grading, have been satisfied. The street bonds are not being exonerated at this time due of construction. It is now appropriate to exonerate the monument bond issued by Amwest Surety Insurance in the amount of $5,000.00. The bond number is 1078765. It should be noted that grading security must remain in full force and effect for one year from the date of acceptance, after which time it expires without any further action by the City. Normally, a minimum grading security of $10,000 is required. However, since the subject site is small and relatively flat, it is felt that a security of $4,000 is sufficient as a grading guarantee. 799 Moorpark Avenue Moorpark, California 93021 (805) 529-6864
