Any member of the public may address the Council during the Public Comments portion of the Agenda, unless it is a Public
Hearing or a Presentation/Action/Discussion item. Speakers who wish to address the Council concerning a Public Hearing or
Presentation/Action/Discussion item must do so during the Public Hearing or Presentation/Action/Discussion portion of the
Agenda for that item.Speaker cards must be received by the City Clerk for Public Comment prior to the beginning of the Public
Comments portion of the meeting;for a Presentation/Action/Discussion item,prior to the Mayor's call for speaker cards for each
Presentation/Action/Discussion agenda item; and for a Public Hearing item, prior to the opening of each Public Hearing, or
beginning of public testimony for a continued hearing.A limitation of three minutes shall be imposed upon each Public Comment

C. Consider Resolution Amending Authorized Access of City Officials to Sales
and Use Tax Records and Rescinding Resolution No. 2024-4229. Staff
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2024- and rescind Resolution

D. Consider Amendment No. 7 to Fleet Tracking Services using Global
Positioning System (GPS) Units between the City of Moorpark and NexTraq,
LLC. Staff Recommendation: Authorize the City Manager to sign Amendment
No. 7 to the Agreement for Fleet Tracking services between the City of
Moorpark and NexTraq, LLC, subject to final language approval by the City
Manager. (Staff: Chris Thompson, Senior Information Systems
Administrator)
E. Consider Authorizing Recordation of the Notice of Completion for the
Moorpark Station Sculpture Lighting Project and Release of Bonds in
Accordance with the Contract. Staff Recommendation: 1) Authorize the City
Clerk to file the Notice of Completion; and 2) Authorize release of the
Performance Bond and Payment Bond (Number PPD0100785) as outlined in

F. Consider Award of One-Year Agreement with Durham School Services L.P.,
for Bus Excursions and Charter Bus Transit Services, and Consider Resolution
Establishing the 2024 Summer Beach Bus Program. Staff Recommendation:
1) Authorize award of one-year Agreement to Durham School Services, L.P.,
in an amount not-to-exceed $48,000; and authorize the City Manager to sign
the Agreement, subject to final language approval of the City Manager; and
2) Adopt Resolution No. 2024- , establishing the 2024 Summer Beach
Bus program. (Daniel Kim, City Engineer/Public Works Director) (ROLL

G. Consider Amendment No. 2 to Agreement with Dial Security, Inc. for
Installation of Intrusion Detection and Fire Alarm Monitoring Systems for New
City Hall Tenant Improvements at 323 Science Drive. Staff Recommendation:
Approve Amendment No. 2 to Agreement with Dial Security, Inc. for Installation
of Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm Monitoring and Humidity Sensors in the
amount of$925.00, and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement,
subject to final language approval of the City Manager. (Staff: Jessica
Sandifer, Deputy Parks and Recreation Director)
