Enclosed are the documents we discussed earlier this week. Mr. Tozer, the
buyer of Lot #11, has signed a letter agreeing to the wall modification in
addition to making no further requests of the Developer or the City.
I've also enclosed the Compliance Review for your approval. Just a reminder,
we plan to close escrow on this house no later then October 22, 1987.

To Whom It May Concern:
Both Buyer and Seller (Mr. M. Tozer and Calprop Corporation, respectively)
agree that the height of the fence adjacent to Moorpark Road, running the
length of the eastern boundary of lot 11, will be increased to an overall
height of six feet (6` ) , nominal measurement.
It is understood that Buyer will make no further requests, either of the
Builder (Seller/Calprop Corp. ) or the City of Moorpark to further increase
the height of this wall .
